Victoria Beckham Says This Contour Trick Has People Thinking She Got a Nose Job
From her Spice Girls legacy to her hit fashion beauty line and her television and film appearances, Victoria Beckham quite literally does it all. Recently, some fans have theorized that her “doing it all” has included going under the knife for a nose job somewhere throughout the years. But in a recent video with makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury, the star confirmed that her button nose is not the result of surgery but rather of this contouring secret.
In a wholesome and heartwarming video on Tilbury’s Youtube channel, the two industry gurus shared their “Beauty Gifting Secrets”, filled with information on their favorite gifts for the season. While promoting her brand’s Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer ($33), Tilbury excitedly shared how using the product in the right areas “can give you bigger, brighter eyes” and even the appearance of “an eye lift and a face lift”, to which Beckham jokingly replied “do you do surgery as well Charlotte, because I’m loving what you’re saying.”
Tilbury went on to explain that people often ask her if she’s gotten a nose job even though she hasn’t, and the reason is because she’s perfected her nose contour after years in the spotlight. The Spice Girl herself then chimed in, agreeing with Tilbury in that “People have also said that I’ve had a nose job. Never had a nose job, always had a nose like this.” She went on to explain she’s never had work done and that her secret to highlighting her button nose “is the nose trick and that is where I love my Bronzing Brick ($58). Each compact has two different tones so you can use it to contour as well as to bronze.”
Earlier in the video, Tilbury demonstrated said “nose trick” on Beckham with the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow ($68), by simply drawing two, light lines of contour down the sides of the nose and right under the tip of the nose in a “U” shape with the bronzer to slim the nose. The celebrity MUA then took the smaller side of the brush and dipped it into the highlighter before essentially drawing an exclamation mark on the nose by creating a line of contour down the bridge of the nose and adding one dot more right on the tip.
Who knew the secret to a Beckham-level button nose was as simple as two lines, a U and an exclamation mark?
