The Duchess Wears Alessandra Rich as Royal Tour Wraps Up :: What Kate Wore

[ad_1]

The Duchess wore Alessandra Rich for tonight’s departure from Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau.

There was a ceremony before the royals headed back home.

Another angle.

A brief video of the airport scene as the national anthem is played.

The royal entourage arrived at the airport around 9:15 EDT.

The couple thanked officials and dignitaries for their hospitality.

Rebecca English of The Daily Mail shared a video with the final portion of tonight’s ceremony.

A quick video from Victoria Ward of The Telegraph.

They will arrive home on Mother’s Day in the UK.

A wave goodbye.

Now for a look at what Kate wore, beginning with her Belted Floral Silk Jacquard Peplum Dress by Alessandra Rich, a designer she has worn several times.

The button-front design is described this way at Net-a-Porter: “…the silk-jacquard is finely woven with polka-dots and printed with delicate roses in tonal-yellow hues. It has an ’80s-inspired silhouette with a bow-detailed ruffled collar, puffed sleeves, and a pleated peplum at the waist. The crystal-embellished buckle and faux pearl buttons are a nod to the decade’s glamorous excess.”

A closer look.

The piece is available at My Theresa ($2033), at Moda Operandi ($2315), Net-a-Porter ($2350), at Alessandra Rich ($2349), and at Farfetch ($2451).

I think the Duchess accessorized with the Ferragamo bag she carried in Jamaica.

Her pumps look like they could be the Gianvito Rossi 105 in white ($725).

Thank you to Middleton Maven for her ID of the dress and the heels!

The Duchess’s earrings look like the Patrick Mavros Ocean Tide Milky Quartz ($4800), first worn in May 2020.

A couple of shopping notes.

  • The Maya earrings (75) by Nadia Irena are available for ordering from what I see on the jeweler’s site. (I have not heard back from her yet, but I was able to add a pair to a shopping cart.)

I’ll see you next Tuesday for Prince Philip’s memorial service. Later in the week, I should be able to work on some tour retrospective posts and polls.

Here is one more photo from the airport.
